Great-grand father James Thurman, son of Lucinda Austell, was said to have had "Cherokee" teeth (two sets of permanent teeth). My son and several of his cousins have had, to a lesser extent, the same problem. Where as James Thurman lived with his problem...until the teeth fell out...the rest of us had to spend a great deal of money with the dentists! Dentists can not wait to see our family! My almost 85 year old father remembers his grandfather James Thurman. I am beginning to think that his last name was really Austell.
