If you do a search on the online Vic BDMs for birth of Elizabeth Tucker father is Charles and then family name Charles, mother Elizabeth Paterson (one T) there is a birth for 1885. Might be her but you might have to purchase the certificate to get further info. The Charles in the fathers surname may be a mistake.
