Heather, I found a possible death in Western Australia but this one does not seem to be on the online BDM index nor in the cemetery index so no idea where she is buried

worth checking out just in case - from Trove dated 1907

' The funeral of the late Mrs. J. C. Fawckkner took place on Mondav last at Karrakatta Cemetery, and was attended by many friends'and.officers of the Land
Titles Department. The remains were' enclosed in a coffin with massive gold and black mountings and trimmings. The ohief mourners were Mr. Charles J. Fawckner (husband of the deceased), Messrs. J. McAlpine, W. W. Hinves. C. Wilson, and 8. A. Tiller. The pall- bearers were Messrs. A. J. Dartnell, A. : G. Harvey, G. Stevenson. E. E. Jones,
