Grellman(n)

My gr grandfather Ernest Moritz Fertinine Grellmann sailed to Australia from Liverpool in 1871 on the Borrowdale (age 22) - at the same time his brother went to America - I am trying to find the name of his brother whom I think would have arrived in US the same year (1871). They never saw each other again.

He settled in Lake Cargelligo and then went to West Wyalong in the gold rush and lived out the rest of his life there.

I would also love to know who their parents were that they left behind in Germany (it appears they came from Saxony Liepzig area and probably blacksmiths by trade as they used to shoe the horses for the Prussian army).

My grandfather was Ernest Henry Milthorpe Grellman and my mother was Laura Elva Joyce Grellman born in West Wyalong.
