Allan , NSW BMD are easy to search , not so Victoria , you give no birth dates or parents of Henry and Annie.

There is no marriage of any Lovering to any Quinn in that period in NSW.

There is a marriage of Henry Lovering to Mary E Crichton , in 1895, in Germanton, NSW. Which is close to the Victorian border.
The name Germanton was changed to Holbrook during WW 1.

Also from NSW BMD is a death in 1937 of Henry Lovering , registered in the District of Albury , parents not known , aged 90 years.

From the Newspapers , there is an Obituary in an Albury Paper saying that Henry was aged 91, resided in Holbrook and is survived by a family of step-children.

From a Victorian Paper , there is a death , 23/9/1878, of Bridget (Annie ?)Lovering , wife of Henry, aged 26, of Richmond Victoria.

The only death in NSW BMD, of Annie is Annie R Lovering , father Joseph and mother Annie in Sydney. No Ann or Anne

Hope this helps
