A Son Contests Wills Father on the Grounds of Intemperance.

The hearing of the application of John B. Green, for a revocation of the letters or administration held by Thomas Green, aged "eighty three years, on the estate of Maria K. Green, his deceased wife, was commenced in the Probate Court yesterday afternoon. The administrator is the father of the contestant, and it is claimed that he is incompetent to manage the estate by reason of old age, infirmity and intemperance. Several witnesses testified that the old gentleman was competent to manage the estate and not intemperate. While the case was being heard, the contestant and his brother Joseph created a disturbance in the corridor and came very near being arrested. It was said that they were both slightly under the influence of liquor.
