Hi Jean

I am unable to access my original message which makes it difficult to respond to you. Sorry!

Charles Tucker and Mary Elizabeth Patterson were married on 19-10-1885 in Norwood, South Australia. Olive Marie Grace (daughter) was born in 1890 in South Melbourne and Elsie May is the mystery daughter, probably also born in Victoria. I have no idea when she was born but the person making the query says that Mary Elizabeth may have been pregnant with her in 1886 when Charles Tucker fathered an illegitimate son. He is the grandson of the illegitimate son and is searching out his roots. I can't help him greatly as there only seems to be the one record of Elsie May's very existence although Charles and Mary Elizabeth definitely had two daughters as his obituary states that his wife and two daughters survived him.

Cheers - Liz
