In Reply to: LEONOR AYALA/CAPT. JOSE TREVINO (1600'S) by Janice Ariola Darden of 522

Hi Janice,

I forgot to mention that There was a Diego
Ayala who participated in the conquest of the
Yucatan in the 1530's. His name was DIego
Ayala. There was a Pablo Ayala also. There
was also a Diego Ayala who was some kind of
administer in Zacatecas/Nueva Galicia. I
was wondering if the one in Zacatecas was
the son of the conquistador. Leonor, I am
speculating was the daughter of the one in
Zacatecas. Zacatecas is where she met and
married Jose Trevino.
