For those of you who read my LAST post about advice well, you're probably saying to yourself, " I wouldn't be making an inquiry if I already knew it all" This is true, but my point is this: you can't make an inquiry by saying " I'm looking for John Smith or Jane Doe in the United States or in any country !" There are thousands and thousands of John Smiths, right? There are thousands and millions of Ayalas too.
Narrow down your inquiry by trying to provide A. Just a tad of what it is YOU ALREADY know, even if you don't think its alot and
B. Provide in your inquiry what RESOURCES YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED already. What records have you tried?
