Although I'm not related, I did some checking for you. It appears that after 1930, some time, the family might have gone back to Florida. In the 1930 census, all but Bertha were born in Florida, including Pearl, Paul, Silas, and Dorcas. I find a Silas McKenney, born July 1926, died in 1962 in Florida; as well as a Paul McKenney. There is record of a Silas J. McKenney who married in 1955 in Florida. A woman named Dorcas McKenney married in Brevard Co., FL, in 1951.
I hope this gives you some leads.
