When was this? There can't have been too many Baars in Perry County, Tennessee. My great grandfather, Albertus Baars, came from Holland to Perry Co. sometime after the Civil War. My grandfather was his son, Oscar, who was drowned in the Buffalo River about 1912.
I seem to recall some family talk about an "aunt Lena," but I could be wrong about that.
I spent some days one summer researching graveyards in Perry County and recorded relevant things I found on several markers, but haven't had time to do anything more about them.
