Hi Larry, I met Speedy in a parking lot in Stuart Fl. in 68 and knew him till he died about 1975. He was a nite owl and we had many conversations in his bus in the wee hours of the morning. I rode beside him on his brush painted red Thunderbird, I went with him when he opposed the helmet law with a bed pan on his head, and he took me flying once in the Degler private plane. He said he had 57 broken bones in his life and I was with him on his 58th break. It happened in a coral with horses and cows mixed, that he was tending to. He was a character! Henry
