I just begsan searching so my information is limited but ....
My ggrandfather, Samuel L (Less Ray or Lessburg) Babcock, was born on Dec 28, 1876 in Iowa.
His mother's name was Emma.
Not sure who his father was....
I know from a Census -- his dad was born in Pennsylvania but Emma was born in WI.
Wondering if anyone might be able to help me with some information.
I look forward to a reply.
