Ava, can you please write to me about this particular David Babcock as well? Whose son was he? When and where did he die? What happened to his wife Mary Hadley? How many children did they have?

I have this info from the 1851 census at Ernestown and assume it is same David?

Joseph Babcock age 15 born at Camden (was he David's son?)
David Babcock born at Ernestown Laborer age 43
Jane Babcock born at Portland age 23 (was she his wife?)
Katherine Babcock age 8 born at Ernestown
Lovina Babcock age 5 born at Ernestown
Alexander Babcock age 2 born at Camden
