Could this be the Hubert you are seeking:
Hubert H. Babel b: March 15, 1887 in Auglaize Township, Paulding County, Ohio d: in Defiance, Ohio?

I don't know who he married. He is a brother of my gr-grandmother, Martha Ellen Bable.
