Spartanburg Journal, Dec. 20, 1934 [ Spartanburg Co., S.C. ] Funeral services for BYNUM BELL BABER, 75, were to be conducted at Cannons Camp Ground Meth. church Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. Marshall L. Mott and the Rev. Thomas Wilkes officiating. Interment was to be in the church cemetery. MR. BABER died Tuesday afternoon, at the home of his daughter, MRS. W.L. HENRICKSON at Converse, after an illness of two weeks. He was a former resident of Rutherford County, N.C. He was a member of the Cannons church, located near Converse. He is survived by the following children; T.H. BABER and ARTHUR E. BABER, both of Augusta, Ga., R.H. BABER of Langley, E.E. BABER of Paterson, N.J. , MRS.C.A. COATS, MRS. HENRICKSON and MRS. HUBERT SCOTT, all of Converse; two brothers, ELIJAH BABER of Marion and CHARLES BABER of Morganton, N.C.; 23 grandchildren and 5 gt. grandchildren. Active pallbearers; J.G. ARTHUR, W.N. ARTHUR, E.W. ARTHUR, TALMADGE PETTY, JOHN PETTY, and J.H.
