My paternal grandmother was Josephine Babineau who was married to Hippolyte Thivierge. Hippolyte "changed" his name to Paul Beaulieu after arriving in the United States. Josephine's parents were Marguerite Lirette and Joseph Babineau. I believe my line goes like this: Josephine, 1866 Joseph, 1844 Joseph, 1807 Sylvain, 1744 Jean-Pierre 1709 Nicolas, 16??
