Has anyone ever come across a source validating a marriage between Elizabeth Babington (supposed daughter of Thomas & Catherine (Vermuyden) Babington) and Andrew Cooke of London?
It had often been stated that there was such a union, and subsequent generations of the Cooke family in America used Babington as a given name.
