Hi Barbara,
Elizabeth and Douglas Shave were my husband's great grandparents. He is descended from their son Benjamin Lake Babington Shave ( so kind of his parents to give him those names - such a help to a family researcher! ) via his youngest daughter. I have made quite a bit of progress with this line since I posted, including making contact with descendants of two of Benjamin's siblings, Will Shave who is descended from Edward Babington Shave and Jacqueline Allen who is descended from Elizabeth Shave who married a Henry Ulmer, baker. However, my mails back to Jacqui keep bouncing, so I have not been able to share info. with her.
I would love to share the information you have on other members of the Babington/Shave line.
