Tabitha Bagnall, Manchester UK , 1850s

I'm looking for information on my great great grandfather, John Bagnall, who was a tailor in the Beswick and Denton areas of Manchester. He was born in Manchester around 1828, and died around 1885. I believe that around this time there were also Bagnalls in Liverpool who were tailors.
John Bagnall called his first daughter Tabitha, which was possibly also his mother's first name, and since Tabitha Bagnall is a pretty unusual name I am hoping that someone may recognise it.
Thanks for any help.
Ron Bagnall
