Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Here are two theories:1) as many old english
names are linked to trades,it is possible
Bagnall is an abbreviation of baggage and
haulage and that our forefathers were porters!
2)Mr and Mrs Bag had
three children.Unable to come up with names
for them Mr Bag pointed at each and said
"your a Bag,'n' your a Bag,'n' your a Bag 'n'
all!"
