Hi Brian, I believe John and Martha Bainbridge's son John who married an Emma Hobson was my ggg grand father. My research on John and Martha showed they had 11 children source the British Vital Records. Also from this source I thought that John's parents were William and Emma Bainbridge (nee Braithwaite) m: 14 may 1812 Auckland St Andrew Durham.

Do you have proof of John's parents? I have proof up to John and Martha but haven't yet for their parents just assumption from the British Vital Records.

I had George and Martha's information but wasn't sure of the connection; now I know it was Martha's parents thanks to you.

If you have anything further to share or I can help you in anyway please return posting or e-mail
