Gloria, I was bored so I did a little more on line research and found the following information.
Martha A. Foster married Benjamin F. Hubbert 13 Dec 1842 Bibb County Georgia. Georgia Marriage 1699 - 1944.
So that means in the 1850 Census your Harriett Elizabeth and her mother Martha were living with her grandparents Arthur and Harriet Foster.
