Hi Thomas,

Good luck to you! My husband's BALE family came from the London area to Melbourne in about 1860. They were George BALE and Mary Ann (nee WHYMARK), who married in London in 1858. Their children were:
Annie, 1859 (England)
Eliza 1862 (Sth Melb)
George 1865 (West Melb)married Ada Mary POND in Surrey, England in 1887. Children George, Norman, Leonard, Constance, Stanley, all born in Melbourne.
Edwin 1867 - 1868 (Melb)
Mary Ann 1868 (Mickleham)
Alice 1872 (Melb)
Florence 1874 (West Melb)
Helen Maud 1876 (Melb)
