Are you able to contact Norman HICKS who is related to James Campbell BALE?

My research centres on the BEER family. Mary BEER, the daughter of James BEER and Mary Cowlin CULLIS was my great great aunt. She married James BALE, a bootmaker, the son of Joseph BALE, a mason, ( and I believe his mother was Prudence COURTICE) on 8 September 1841 in Bideford, Devon. James and Mary had 5 children; James Beer BALE; Thomas BALE (married Ellen SWEET); Emma BALE; John Campbell BALE; Joseph BALE and then the family emigrated to Ontario. Mary died and James BALE married a second time to Elizabeth SWEET (nee BEER), actually Mary's widowed sister, in 1862 in Ontario. James BALE is living with his son, Thomas BALE in Hamilton, Ontario in 1881 Census.

I believe 'my' James BALE and James Campbell BALE could be one and the same and would like to discover more about the family in Ontario.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards
Jackie
