I also tried to trace this Bale family only to learn that Baronship was exist in the 1600's and there being no male descendant the lands went to the wive's side of the
family. During the WWII there was an organization that was trying to get money from anyone with the Bale name so the manor house could be rebuilt. It turned out to be a false claim.
