My cousin Robert Bale (Paulsbo WA) and myself, another Robert Bale (Seattle WA) have been working on our families genology for several years.

Our family is from the Buffalo area. There are several buried in the Dickersonville cemetary. A gentleman and I talked about the Bale family at length. Come to find out he was restoring the cemetary. He took picture of the head stones of several of my family. Abram Bale 1981-1846 m Nettie Stryker 1796-1874. There are several others. I understand that Abramís family may be from the Sussex County NJ area originally. They moved to NY and a short time latter some went back to NJ because of an illness. Abram and his brother stayed. I am not sure of the rest of the familyís history.

Much of our family history comes from NY.
