Edward and Kesiah Ball of Middlesex
Looking over available information on the internet, I have come up with possible parents of Edward Ball. Based upon marriage data and possible brothers or sisters, I believe that Edward Ball was christened 11 Dec 1670 at Saint Dunstan's in Stepney, London, England. His parents were Henry and Ann Ball. Other siblings include: Henry Ball, c 17 Apr 1659; Hester Ball, c 13 Jan 1662; and Elizabeth Ball, c 09 Jul 1663; all at Saint Dunstan's in Stepney, London. Other possible siblings include Mary Ball, c 26 May 1678; Henry Ball, c 29 Mar 1680; Judith Ball, c 10 Oct 1682; Robert Ball, c 16 Oct 1687, William Ball, c 08 Feb 1691; and John Ball, c 16 Oct 1692 all at Saint James Clerkenwell, London. HENRY BALL, c 12 May 1633 at Saint Bride, Fleet Street, London, was the son of Henry Ball and Mary Turner. I believe that Edward Ball and Henry Ball Jr. came to Middlesex County, Va. from London somewhere between 1690-1695. The Henry Ball, c 29 Mar 1680, probably was the same Henry Ball who married Alice Brooks at Christ Church Parish in Middlesex on 02 Nov 1705. There were many Balls born in London in the period we are researching. There are many in and around that part of greater London known as Middlesex. Parish registers I am going to search include St. Andrew, Holborn; St. Dunstan's, Stepney; St. Bride, Fleet Street; and St. James Clerkenwell.
