GEORGE W. BALLENGER b. VA both of George's parents were born in VA as well. George was a "carpenter".
Ella's father was b. VA & her mth was b. DC.
"Susanah was a student at the time of the 1880 Fed., census in DC. She had 3 siblings- James S., -age 9 b. DC, Clerence A., B. DC age 4 & George F., age 1 b. DC.
Of, course "SUSANNAH" married Allen E. Larman 1891 in DC and they are listed on the 1900 Fed., DC census under HOH Allen E. Larman- I found that census at
