Brandon, the 1840 Census of Jefferson Co TN shows Eli in the 40-50 col.He had 1 son which would have been Tho.
The 1850 Census same location shows him as 50.
Message # 272 under Ballenger by Marla picks the family up when they left TN. I also had a previous message showing marriage record. His birth appears to have been in 1800.
