The appearance of the HEDGES and BALTZELL families together is intriguing and raises new questions about Michael Crist. (Who's he?) While I was aware of the Creager connection, Matthias Young is another new name.

I suspect the reference to "Comocasy" (if found in the original record) is evidence of 18th Century dyslexia. Whoever penned the word (original or transcriber), this appears to be a reference to the settlement along Monocacy/Monacasy Creek.
