Father-Ignatz born in Gorlice Nowy Sacz, Poland April 4, 1894. His father was Roman Banicki, Mother Carolene nee Laskosz.
Ignatz's sisters-Tekla Jurczak, Maria Zagorska, and Zofia. Ignatz sisters were from when his father took a second wife.
Gorlice was a site of a huge barrage by the Russians by the Austrian army. There are 4 military cemeteries there today and many of the families are still in their same houses.This is all the information I know.
