BARKLEY Ancestry and DNA

My Ancestry includes:

134,       BARKLEY, William, Sr b c1739 Fauquier Co, VA; [RevWar: Pvt VA]; d 1818 Scott Co, KY; m c1760
67,       BARKLEY, Anne b 10 Sep 1761 VA; d 16 Jan 1836 Bridgeport, Harrison Co, VA

I have recently taken the new Family Finder DNA test, which would match me with a cousin from any of my ancestors. The FF test has provided 89 matches, so far, and working with them has resulted in 9 new confirmed cousins (from 3rd to 10th), with DNA that passes through 23 of my surnames, but not including BARKLEY.

If anyone who descends from one of the above persons took the Family Finder DNA test, you would probably match with me, and we would both then be able to confirm our ancestry (through matching DNA) from ourselves back to the ancestor we have in common.

In addition, I would be very interested if anyone has Y-DNA or mtDNA tested for this family.

I hope to hear from some interested cousins,
