I'm trying to figure out if the Barnhills and Bounds that are connected to my Moffitt family are related to yours?

I have:

Susan ( Amanda) Moffitt (1847 - 1937) B: 19 Feb 1847 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee, M: Abt. 1868 in Prob. Henderson Co., TN, D: 24 Jul 1937 in San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX
..............+ Joseph E. Barnhill (1836 - 1886) B: Apr 1836 in Henderson County, Tennessee, D: Aft. 1886 in Texas

Amanda Moffitt Barnhill is the older sister of my great grandfather, Albert Sidney Moffitt. I believe her husband Joseph Barnhill was the son of a Lemuel Barnhill.

My Albert Sidney Moffitt's daughter, Elsie, married an A.M. (Atlas Miller, I think) Bounds. I believe this Bounds family originally came from MS:

Alzia (Elsie) Moffitt (1897 - 1948) B: 23 Sep 1897 in Corsicana, Navarro County,
Texas, M: Prob. Dallas, TX, D: 07 Mar 1948 in Dallas, Texas
..............+ A.M. (Atlas Miller) Bounds (1890 - 1959) B: 04 Sep 1890 in Texas, D: 27 Feb 1959 in Dallas, Texas

Thanks for any help! If it does look like we have a connection on these Barnhills and Boundses I would love to know -- I have some other questions.
