My gr gr grandfather was Henry D. Basor b PA 1800 m Catherine Giesinger abt 1826 in PA or OH. They had children John b 1827 Medina Co., Fred , Betsy b 1832 OH, Maiah b 1834 OH, William Henry b 1836 Stark Co., OH (my gr grandfather), Samuel b 1837, Sarah b 1843, Mary b 1844, Aaron b 1848, Edwin b 1845. They were in Lorain Co. OH before moving to Wood Co., OH. Henry D. d Jan1886 Wood Co, Catherine d 1886 Wood Co. Cannot find them in PA. For all Bashore researchers Frances Bashore Francis, deceased spent much of her life tracing the Bashore family and claimed to have identified every Bashore in PA by 1800. Her work has been collected and published in a wonderful book 'Frances Bashore Francis Collection', 420 page genealogy of Johann Jacob Bashore from Bethel Twp., Berks Co., PA' It is available from Tulpehocken Settlement Historical Society, P.O. Box 53, Womelsdorf, PA, 19567. I pd $40 for it and it is worth every penny. Hope someone can help me on my Henry D. Basor and Catherine Giesinger. Evelyn
