Hello Jerry,
Do you have any Keesecker connected to Basore? My John Fetter married Susannah Keesecker in 1828. Her sister Elizabeth married a Peter Basore or Besore or Beshore at Berkeley County, WV (Virginia at the time) probably prior to 1828 by quite a few years. Both Keesecker (or Kiesecker)and Fetter were in Lancaster County, PA about 1770s. I find no Lydia in the names I have, but Basore caught my eye. I don't have anything later, but do have for Keesecker if that may be right for you.
