Roni; thank you for the e-mail.I've a birth cert.of my grandfather Edgar,He was born in Huddersfield,July 2, 1864.Mothers maiden name on cert.was NIXON,he was born at Dale street-Queen street south,residence was Queen street south, name of father on cert.,occupation was cloth dresser.
As you know,1881 census reports grandfather Edgar in Liverpool,occupation-wood turner,age-16.dont know when he came to the states,got married in 1889 here in states.Am curious as to if he had brothers or sisters that remained in England?? perhaps there are lots of relatives that I am not aware of and would like to contact if they exist.What ever you find out I would really like to hear about.
