Brenda, I looked at the "Are You Really a Bauder" on-line (after foolishly digging around looking for my copy) but it's kind of confusing and long, since you did find Christopher Bauder, whose son was he and how was he related to Andreas Bauder (also my great-grandfather).? I got a good laugh at your question about whether Flora was accepted or not, (having met a Bauder or two). But omission in genealogical records are common and usually just mean the information was not available.
