Searching for information on the family of Daniel S. BAUDER, son of James Lawrence & Harriet (TRYON) Bauder. Daniel was born 1833 in Schoharie Co., NY. He is found in 1850 in the household of his widowed mother, Harriet Bauder, in Kane Co., IL. I haven't located Daniel in 1860, but in Dec. 1866 he married Amelia BENNETT in Livingston Co., IL. Believe that Amelia was the daughter of Joseph & Eleanor Bennett of Livingston Co., and that she had siblings named James A. & Hendrick M. BENNETT.

Daniel & Amelia are located in 1880 and 1900 in Jackson Co., MO. From these census records, and Daniel's pension file, I have learned the names of 4 of their 10 children: Joseph L.; Eleanor May; Charles A.; and James J. The others likely died at a young age.

Any help in locating Daniel in 1860, and his family in 1870, would be greatly appreciated.
