This is in West Newton, Westmoreland, PA and Cyrus M Smith in marriage record of Mary E Baughman same year: 30 Dec 1880 Batch No: M 746466 Date: 1880 Source Call No: 1299320 groom is said to be born West Newton but I feel unsure this is the right Cyrus M Smith because, in 1900 census Wellsburg WV his birthyear given as 1856 not 1859.
