Hi, Amy. My husband is a descendant of John and his second wife, Malinda. I do have some information to share with you; however, we need to clarify a few things first.

According to my research and notes, there were 2 Sarah "Sally" Baumgardners connected with John, and their existance has caused considerable confusion. The first Sarah is John's sister, who was born about 1785 (parents were Balser & Mary Magdalene). This Sarah married M. Isaac Harkrader in about 1803. She is named in her mother's will ('proven' 1843) under her married name.

The second Sarah, daughter of John & Margaret Rebecca, was born 19 July 1807. She married Henry Seagle (aka Siggle) on 17 Feb 1825. They had 7 children that I know of before his death on 25 Feb 1837. Sarah then married Leonard Wyrick on 24 Oct 1844. She died 2 Feb 1888.

Obviously, our information differs. But if you would like to e-mail me privately with a mailing address, I would be happy to send you more detailed information as well as my source references, etc.

I hope to hear from you -
Jeri
