Larry, you are welcome. When I find additional information that will assist the Bumgardner family line, I will post it. All of my information is documented by birth, marriage and death certificates, along with Wills, census, tax records and military records not speculation. My Bumgardner family line lived in Va., W.Va. Pa. and Ohio. ? -Balthesar(1742/9-1819)-Henry(1765-1848)-John (1810-1884)-John(1833-1908)-Albert(1887-1964)-Mom-me. Did you know that Leonard Bumgardner was a Hessian soldier who came to fight with the British, deserted and fought for our Independence! Godfrey Bumgardner wrote a letter to President Washington in Dec. 1997, which is included in Washington's personal correspondence, volume #4.
