Thank you so much for your help! I just began working on this, and I found some information online, but then hit a wall.
I did find the 1880 Census showing Oscar as the grandson of Amos Fisher, but nothing from 1900 or 1910. I've also found some newspaper articles from Gettysburg that potentially link Oscar to the Bakers as a half-brother, but I haven't had time to fully investigate yet.
