Yes, i can help a little; Walter can be found in the 1900 Indiana census (Brazil, Clay, Indiana - listed as Wallas C), the son of Charles A and Amanda Anna Nowlin. I have more information if you need it. I would love to have any descendant information for Walter if you're willing to share. I show him married to a woman named Jessie (no last name) with 3 (possibly 5) children. As a general note, my research has taken me back to Pennsylvania on the Baumgartner side, and to Virginia and Kentucky on the Nowlin side.
