Bayard Florida is on the south end of Jacksonville on Philips Highway (US 1).
The community was named after Thomas F. Bayard, cabinet member and friend of railroad developer Henry M. Flagler
The latitude of Bayard is 30.143N. The longitude is -81.513W.
