Listen to this story. Or family Is Knight, and told it use to be Chevalier,because of trouble they had in Canada,as loyalist,we think that is why it went to Knight. Now our Silas named a son Silas Bayard. Then we have just a Bayard. We think Silas was a name change also. Would there be anyway to find out if there is a connection here? Would like also the story of Chevalier Bayard.Does anyone know of decendants? Or How this man died? Please Help
