Hello. I am afraid I cannot add anything to the information that I have already told you.
Capt. John Bayne sounds like an interesting name to me. Thanks for telling me that.
What time frame did he live in and when did the family enter the United States?
I live in the same area that the Bayne family came to in 1869 over 130 years ago. They did well here, but to my knowledge there are none left in this area.
I live within five to six miles of where my grandmother was born on the Bayne property southwest of the small Southern town I live in.
Emily and Walter Bayne are buried in Lonoke Cemetery which is about one mile from my house.
