Not Confirmed, but believe William is T.J.'s father and the other list below are brothers of T.J.
1850 Jackson County, TN Census:
748 William Beel 53 M farming N.C.
Mary 40 F S.C.
Zachariah 9 M Tenn.
703 Ervel Beel 25 M farming Tenn.
July Beel 10 F Tenn.
T.J. was 17 and working for James Lee.
1870 Jackson County, Census:
Beal, William 73 M W Farmer Virginia
Pollie 60 South Carolina
1880 - Pollie living with her sister Sarah Jackson in Jackson County, TN.
Possibly the son of Samuel Beal and has a brother Jeremiah Beal. Jeremiah may also be his nephew. Jeremiah's biography in Vigo Co, Indiana says that Jeremiah was born in Loudon Co, VA March 5, 1807. He lived there until 1812, then moved to Blount County. He lived there until 1817, then to White County, then to Jackson County, TN.
