Eleanor BEALL's husbands, William Thomas BEALL and Robert JONES

I have spent hours trying to learn more about my GGGG grandmother's husbands and have found very little about them. Her name was Eleanor Beall (1777-1866). She was the daughter of Brigadier General Rezin Beall, and she was born at Prince George County, Maryland. Her first husband was William Thomas Beall (maybe they were cousins?) and he died in Montgomery County, Maryland in 1810. In 1812, she married Robert Jones of Prince George County, Maryland. He passed away prior to September of 1829 which is around the time she and her children moved to Camden, Ohio. I am curious not only about her husbands but why she would have chosen to move to Preble County, Ohio. Does anyone have any information about these individuals? I would love to know more.
