Hi James,
I am of the Beall Family as well. I know of Gen. Rezin Beall but I have not done much research past my Ninian-Francis-Samuel-Thaddeus, etc.
This case is either Father-Son Uncle-Nephew Cousins. You know everyone named their kids after a prominent relative. Check with the Beall Society, they will know for sure.
